Speckles and her Mom were with their caregiver until the caretaker moved away and left the girls behind, The girls were indoor only kitties but they were left outside. A neighbor saw what was happening and rescued the girls and called CIW for help. Speckles and her Mom are very bonded and need to be adopted together.
