Companions in Waiting success stories
Munica

Tinkerbell and her sister Munica were rescued from horrific conditions. Both girls were living in a very small pen. They were covered in matts, mud, feces and urine. The girls also had medical issues. They were rescued and brought to a shelter. Thanks to the shelter and CIW, their medical issues have been resolved. The 8 year old sisters are very dependent on each other. Munica is blind. Tinkerbell leads the way with Munica close behind. They are very sweet sisters who love to be with their person. They love to go on walks and car rides. Many people contacted us about the girls but most were only interested in one sister or the other or had full flights of stairs that wouldn’t work for a blind dog. The sisters took the lead and chose their forever Mom. They weren’t interested in anyone else. We all were thrilled when Mom asked to adopted the girls.
Here’s to many happy years together!!!
