Trixie's Story
Two little dogs were found living in a trucking company yard. They had been living there for many months. They were very dirty and matted. We believe that they are mother and daughter (Trixie is the daughter). Trixie's Mom took very good care of her little girl but they needed a family. CIW was able to help. Trixie is really shy. She is learning that people can do nice things like give a warm bath, brush, cuddles and pets. She is learning to walk on leash. She loves attention, a bath and being brushed. She is vaccinated, spayed and micro-chipped. She's a happy little girl who is gaining confidence all the time. Not long after she came to her foster home, she met her best friend Lulu. The two puppies play and sleep together. When you see one, the other is close by. We would like to see these two best friends find their wonderful family together.
