Hunter's Story

Hunter was found running loose on a property and taken to the San Martin Shelter. No one came looking for this sweet little 2 year old boy. Hunter is initially shy and nervous around new people, loud noises and sudden movements but he so wants to part of the group. At this time he is scared to go for walks on leash but give him time. He is good with other small dogs who show him that things that scare him, are really safe. He is really sweet natured and is really full of young dog energy and playfulness. Hunter has been neutered and is current with his vaccinations. At this time, he is best with another friendly dog he can play with and who can show him "the ropes" and a family with the patience to let Hunter get to know them slowly!! He is a doll and so worth the effort! Is yours the family for Hunter?
