Maelyn and her brother Junior were rescued from the grounds of a high school when they were about a month old. Maelyn's brother had several physical problems that he couldn't overcome. Maelyn was left all on her own. She needed a friend. At about the same time, a young kitten was found and brought into Palo Alto Animals Services. Gwen was a little dehydrated and hungry. She also needed a kitty friend so we put the two kittens together. They were a great pair but Gwen was hiding a secret - she had ringworm which she shared with Maelyn. It has been a struggle but both the girls are healthy and now clear of ringworm. They are the sweetest girls and are so ready to find their family.
